Each single turbo, as well as its spare parts-compressor wheel and cartridge, from MZ are assembled and balanced with care. A core balance is done at a speed of 80,000-150,000 RPM (depends on the size of the turbo) to a PASS result of Vibration level under 0.5 GPK (balance report provided). This ensures the turbo’s quality and durability.
MZ also provides Turbo Services, such as personalize your turbo with colorful coating on compressor housing/wheels, upgrade the specs to a better performance, etc. All what MZ done is aim to make your brand turbo being competitive to and differentiating from other brands.
